Larte Design Gives the 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V an Unapologetically Aggressive "Esthete" Makeover

When Cadillac refreshed its iconic flagship SUV for the 2025 model year, the American luxury brand approached the top-flight Escalade-V with a surprising degree of restraint. Beneath the hood of this high-performance behemoth lies a thunderous, supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 engine cranking out an impressive 682 horsepower. Yet, despite its massive performance capabilities, the factory-spec Escalade-V looks nearly identical to its more modestly powered stablemates.

In adopting this stealthy aesthetic, Cadillac appears to have taken a page straight out of the full-size Range Rover playbook—a philosophy where immense power and high-end performance do not necessarily need to be loudly advertised to the outside world. For many buyers, the understated look of the stock Escalade-V strikes the right balance of sophistication and hidden muscle, allowing them to cruise quietly without drawing an overwhelming amount of unwanted attention on public roads.

However, the automotive landscape has always accommodated a distinct demographic of buyers who purchase the absolute most powerful version of a vehicle precisely because they want everyone around them to take notice. For these individuals, subtlety is an afterthought, and discretion defeats the entire purpose of owning a six-figure, ultra-performance machine.

This Carbon-Fiber Body Kit Makes the Cadillac Escalade-V Look Like the Loudest SUV in Town

Enter the Larte Design Esthete body kit for the Escalade-V. Developed by the Turin-based design studio, this custom aftermarket package offers a dramatically more visually striking, unapologetic take on Cadillac’s premier performance SUV. Emphasis on striking, as laying eyes on the resulting vehicle for the first time feels a bit like receiving an unexpected punch to the face.

Larte Design has earned a formidable international reputation for never pulling its punches when it comes to vehicle customisation. The aftermarket specialist has built a robust portfolio of over-the-top, aggressive body kits for some of the most potent luxury vehicles on the market, ranging from the Mercedes-AMG G63 and the BMW X6 M to the Lamborghini Urus. It certainly takes a very specific mindset to look at a factory Lamborghini Urus—a vehicle already renowned for its wedge-like, aggressive styling—and conclude that the standard factory appearance simply lacks sufficient menace. Those are precisely the kinds of minds at work within Larte’s creative headquarters in Italy.

In the specialized universe of extreme automotive design, the approach is somewhat akin to the Scoville scale in the world of hot sauce, where debates over whether "more" is genuinely better do not really warrant discussion. More is simply more; that is the fundamental point of the entire exercise.

At the same time, it must be acknowledged that the Larte Design team invests a substantial amount of engineering effort and craftsmanship into its offerings. A few years ago, the company made headlines by developing a distinctive pink carbon-fiber bodywork package for a previous-generation Escalade. Rather than merely coating standard elements with a tinted clearcoat, the custom carbon-fiber weave itself was thoroughly impregnated with the striking color during the manufacturing process, highlighting a commitment to material authenticity rather than surface-level modifications.

For the updated 2025 Escalade-V, the Esthete treatment transforms the exterior into a high-contrast, two-tone finish finished in gloss black and vivid red, with virtually every exterior design element constructed from lightweight dry carbon fiber. Up front, the vehicle features a massive, heavily vented hood designed to help dissipate the immense heat generated by the supercharged V-8, paired with a completely redesigned front grille and an assertive front splitter.

Moving along the sides, the package adds aggressive wheel-arch extensions that house custom carbon-fiber rings fitted over massive 24-inch multispoke wheels. At the rear, the Escalade-V gains a commanding roof spoiler and an elaborate rear diffuser that looks robust enough to make the Batmobile proud. While the visual impact is undeniably arresting, contemplating the realities of navigating a steep driveway or encountering a standard parking curb with that low-slung, jutting front splitter is enough to make any automotive enthusiast wince.

While the Larte Design Esthete body kit is clearly not tailored to everyone’s tastes, it will undoubtedly magnetize buyers who want their supercharged American luxury cruiser to resemble what tech billionaire Jeff Bezos might drive if he suddenly relocated to the post-apocalyptic universe of Mad Max.

From the factory, there is certainly a strong argument to be made for the Escalade-V’s traditional "speak softly and carry a big stick" approach to luxury performance. But for those owners who find that philosophy entirely too quiet, the Larte Design body kit definitively eliminates the "speak softly" part of the equation, replacing subtle confidence with an unmissable visual roar.
