Equipment and parts distributor Parts Town Unlimited has announced a significant reinforcement of its executive leadership team with the appointment of two seasoned industry veterans. The company has named Pat Quint as its new chief information officer (CIO), tasking him with overseeing its expansive digital and technological efforts, while Kristi Belhumeur steps into the role of chief accounting officer to direct the organization’s global financial operations.

These strategic appointments arrive a little over a year after Bill Geary assumed the top leadership position as CEO of Parts Town Unlimited. The timing highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to scaling its global operations, sharpening its technological capabilities, and positioning itself for sustained long-term growth across its diverse distribution markets. Parts Town Unlimited operates extensively within the foodservice equipment sector while also maintaining a strong market presence in the distribution of residential appliances and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.

Commenting on the dual executive appointments, CEO Bill Geary emphasized the distinct and critical strengths that both leaders bring to the organization as it enters its next phase of development.

"Pat’s proven ability to turn technology into a strategic growth engine and unlock the full potential of AI-driven innovation, combined with Kristi’s deep expertise in multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions and finance transformation, makes them exceptional additions to our global leadership team," Geary said in a released statement. "Their leadership strengthens our ability to scale globally, accelerate growth and deepen the expertise needed to capitalize on new opportunities and drive long-term success."

As the newly appointed chief information officer, Pat Quint will take charge of guiding and executing the company’s comprehensive technology strategy. This responsibility is central to Parts Town Unlimited’s business model, which relies heavily on seamless digital platforms, robust supply chain technology, and advanced customer-facing solutions to serve commercial and residential markets.

Prior to stepping into his new role at Parts Town Unlimited, Quint built a distinguished career leading enterprise-level IT transformations. Most recently, he served as the CIO at Duravant, a global industrial manufacturing solutions provider where technology integration and operational efficiency are paramount. Before his tenure at Duravant, Quint held the CIO position at Mastronardi Produce, where he similarly spearheaded digital initiatives to support rapid scaling and supply chain modernization.

In his new capacity, Quint will play a pivotal role in advancing Parts Town Unlimited’s digital roadmap, which heavily emphasizes automation and artificial intelligence-powered technologies. Among these key initiatives is the company’s proprietary PartPredictor tool, an AI-backed feature designed to streamline how customers identify and order replacement parts. The tool received several functional updates throughout 2026, underscoring the company’s dedication to maintaining a leading edge in digital commerce and user experience.

Expressing his enthusiasm for joining the organization, Quint noted the strong reputation and forward-thinking culture that drew him to the company.

"It’s a privilege to work at Parts Town Unlimited given the impressive history, talented team, innovative solutions and focus on exceeding customer expectations," Quint stated in the company’s official announcement. "I look forward to helping the company achieve their goals by leveraging technology."

Alongside the appointment of a new CIO, Parts Town Unlimited has bolstered its executive financial framework by naming Kristi Belhumeur as its chief accounting officer. Belhumeur, a certified public accountant, brings a quarter-century of leadership experience within the corporate finance and accounting sectors to her new position.

In her role, Belhumeur will assume direct responsibility for leading the company’s global accounting, tax, and treasury organizations. Her arrival comes at a crucial juncture for Parts Town Unlimited as the distributor continues to pursue aggressive domestic and international expansion strategies. Company officials noted that, beyond managing day-to-day global financial operations, Belhumeur’s extensive background will be instrumental in supporting complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as enhancing audit capabilities and enterprise-wide readiness.

Belhumeur transitions to Parts Town Unlimited following a nearly two-year tenure as the chief accounting officer at BradyPlus, a prominent distributor specializing in janitorial supplies, foodservice items, and industrial packaging. Her deep familiarity with large-scale distribution networks and corporate financial transformation aligns closely with Parts Town Unlimited’s growth trajectory.

"Parts Town Unlimited has built an extraordinary business, and I look forward to applying my global finance leadership experience to help accelerate growth, support strategic expansion and deliver outstanding results for team members, customers and partners," said Belhumeur.

The integration of both Quint and Belhumeur into the executive team reflects Parts Town Unlimited’s broader strategy to fortify its internal infrastructure. By pairing technological innovation with rigorous financial governance, the company aims to sustain its competitive advantage in the fast-evolving equipment distribution landscape. As commercial and residential customers increasingly demand digital efficiency, rapid fulfillment, and precise digital tools, Parts Town Unlimited’s leadership team is positioned to steer the enterprise through its next milestones of global development and market leadership.
